My name is Truong Phan Xuan, and my journey into the world of massage therapy is deeply connected to my life as a bodybuilder. For the past 19 years, bodybuilding has shaped not only my body but also my character, teaching me discipline, resilience, and passion. I have competed in several natural competitions, including ICN Natural, where I proudly secured a Top 4 placement.
However, the road has not always been easy. At one point in my career, I suffered from back injuries and persistent pain that almost ended my training journey. It was during this challenging period that I was introduced to muscle release massage by a mentor. The therapy had a profound effect on my recovery, helping me heal, regain strength, and return to the gym. Thanks to massage, I was able to continue my passion for bodybuilding and once again step confidently onto the competition stage.
That transformative experience changed my perspective forever. I realized that massage is far more than a tool for relieving physical pain it has the power to restore confidence, motivation, and the joy of movement. It reignited my drive not only to train but also to share this gift with others.
Motivated by this realization, I began my studies and professional journey in massage therapy. With just over one year of hands-on experience, I have already been able to help a wide range of people: from fellow athletes and training partners to friends, elders in need of care, and most importantly, my own parents who have always sacrificed for my success. Every time I see someone move with greater ease, experience less pain, and regain vitality, I am reminded that I chose the right path—one filled with purpose and meaning.

In 2025, I am honored to represent Vietnam at the World Holistic Massage Championship Competition in Singapore. For me, this is not only an opportunity to test my skills on a global stage but also a chance to learn from some of the best therapists in the world. Competing alongside international professionals will help me refine my techniques, expand my knowledge, and inspire me to continue contributing to my community.
Massage, to me, is more than a profession. It is a journey a journey of healing, restoring, and uplifting others. My mission is to bring health, confidence, and happiness to everyone I treat, whether they are athletes striving for performance, elders seeking comfort, or everyday people wanting balance and wellness in their lives.
As I prepare to step onto the championship stage, I carry with me not just the pride of Vietnam, but also the passion of a bodybuilder turned therapist driven by the belief that healing hands can change lives.
