  • All personnel must maintain integrity, respect, and professionalism.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • Represent WMAS positively in all communications and appearances.


Page 3 – Compliance with Policies

  • Adherence to WMAS rules, regulations, and international massage standards is mandatory.

  • Instructions from authorized WMAS personnel, judges, and officials must be followed.


Page 4 – Participant Eligibility & Registration

  • Only certified and qualified massage therapists are eligible for participation.

  • Registration must include accurate personal information, certifications, and fees.

  • WMAS reserves the right to verify credentials at any time.


Page 5 – Event Scheduling & Attendance

  • Participants must comply with event schedules, deadlines, and allocated times.

  • Punctuality is required; late arrivals may result in penalties or disqualification.


Page 6 – Judging & Evaluation Standards

  • Competitions are judged according to WMAS-established criteria.

  • Judges’ decisions are final and binding.

  • Constructive feedback may be provided for professional growth.


Page 7 – Safety & Hygiene Standards

  • Compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols is mandatory.

  • Participants must use safe and approved equipment.

  • Unsafe conditions must be reported immediately.


Page 8 – Dress Code & Professional Appearance

  • Participants and staff must wear professional attire during events.

  • Personal grooming and hygiene must meet WMAS standards.


Page 9 – Ethical Practice

  • Maintain ethical massage practices and client care.

  • Avoid malpractice, misrepresentation, or unprofessional conduct.

  • Uphold client confidentiality at all times.


Page 10 – Intellectual Property & Media Rights

  • WMAS retains rights to all media produced during events.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content is prohibited.

  • Intellectual property of participants, partners, and sponsors must be respected.

  • Sensitive information regarding events, participants, or judging processes must remain confidential.

  • Breaches may result in penalties, disqualification, or legal action.


Page 12 – Respect for Diversity

  • WMAS promotes inclusivity and cultural diversity.

  • All participants must respect gender, cultural, and professional differences.

  • Discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.


Page 13 – Substance Use Policy

  • The use of alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances during events is strictly forbidden.

  • Violations will result in immediate disqualification.


Page 14 – Conflict of Interest

  • All potential conflicts must be disclosed immediately.

  • Participants, judges, and staff must maintain impartiality at all times.

  • Disputes must be reported promptly to WMAS management.

  • WMAS has the authority to resolve conflicts fairly and decisively.

  • Decisions made by WMAS are final and binding.

  • Participants must respect WMAS venues, equipment, and partner facilities.

  • Damages caused by negligence may require compensation.


Page 17 – Social Media & Public Communication

  • All communication, including online content, must be professional and responsible.

  • Misrepresentation of WMAS or violation of event rules is prohibited.


Page 18 – Meals & Logistics Compliance

  • Meal arrangements and facilities must be used according to WMAS guidelines.

  • Guests accompanying participants must comply with entry and meal policies.

  • Participants must follow logistical directions for smooth event operations.


Page 19 – Non-Compliance & Penalties

  • Violations may result in warnings, disqualification, suspension, or revocation of membership or participation rights.

  • Legal action may be pursued for serious breaches.

  • WMAS reserves the right to enforce penalties at its discretion.


Page 20 – Acknowledgment & Agreement

  • Participation indicates acceptance of all WMAS rules and regulations.

  • Signatory agreement confirms understanding and commitment to WMAS standards.

  • WMAS encourages continuous professional development, ethical practice, and global wellness leadership.
