1. Registration & Eligibility

• All participants must provide accurate personal and professional information during registration.

• Only certified massage therapists with valid qualifications are eligible to participate.

• WMAS reserves the right to verify credentials and deny participation if eligibility criteria are not met.

2. Fees & Payment

• Registration fees must be paid in full by the deadlines specified.

• Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by WMAS.

• Payment confirmation is required for participation validation.

3. Event Participation

• Participants must adhere to event schedules, allocated time slots, and program rules.

• Punctuality is required; late arrivals may face penalties or disqualification.

• Participation in competitions, workshops, or programs implies acceptance of WMAS rules and judging criteria.

4. Code of Conduct

• Participants, judges, staff, and affiliates must maintain professionalism, respect, and ethical behavior.

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in penalties, suspension, or disqualification.

• Compliance with WMAS dress code and hygiene standards is mandatory.

5. Intellectual Property & Media

• WMAS retains rights to all media content produced during events.

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

• Participants consent to the use of photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes.

6. Safety & Liability

• Participants must follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.

• WMAS is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property damage unless caused by gross negligence of the organization.

• Participants assume responsibility for their own safety and that of their clients or models.

7. Confidentiality

• Participants must maintain confidentiality regarding event procedures, judging processes, and sensitive information.

• Breaches may result in penalties or legal action.

8. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes must be reported to WMAS management promptly.

• WMAS reserves the right to resolve conflicts fairly and decisively.

• Decisions made by WMAS are final and binding.

9. Cancellation & Changes

• WMAS reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations, or programs.

• Participants will be informed of any significant changes in advance.

• Registration fees are non-refundable except in the case of full event cancellation by WMAS.

10. Agreement
